We didn't open sourced the code, but simply because it's yet another thing to do and support and we have a long list of things to do.
The algorithm is very easy for you to test and verify, it’s detailed in my other post and it’s simply base64(sha256(data)). This is also a reason why we didn't invest too much in open sourcing.
Would access to the code make you trust it more/differently?
